Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Concreter, Pit Builder or similar role (essential).
• Construction White Card required.
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.

• Pouring, placing and finishing concrete to specification.

Concreters & Pit Builders - Sunshine Coast/ Caboolture

Mass Resources is currently seeking experienced Concreters and Pit Builders for multiple long-term civil construction projects located on the Sunshine Coast and in Caboolture.

We are also keen to hear from candidates with backgrounds in concreting, formwork, carpentry or steel fixing who are looking to further their career in civil construction.

About the Role

Working on major civil infrastructure projects, you will be involved in the construction of concrete structures and underground service infrastructure, including:

• Constructing and stripping formwork
• Installing reinforcing steel and reo mesh
• Pouring, placing and finishing concrete
• Building cast in-situ pits and drainage structures
• Installing precast pits, lids and associated components
• Reading plans and working from set-out information
• Working alongside civil crews and plant operators
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

To be Successful You Will Have

• Previous experience as a Concreter, Pit Builder or similar role
• Construction White Card
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Have the ability to pass a preemployment medical and drug screen
