Job summary

Connect Resources is currently seeking Civil Labourers and Roller Operators for multiple civil projects in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Role involves general labouring on civil construction sites, assisting pipelayers, concreters and pit builders, and operating plant such as rollers, HRs, loaders, and watertrucks. A White Card and a valid licence are essential. Reliable transport is required.

Ongoing work with Tier 1-3 civil contractors and competitive rates are offered.

Qualifications

• White Card (Construction) – essential.
• Civil/Drainage/Concrete experience preferred but not essential.
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport – essential.

Responsibilities

• General labouring on civil construction sites.
• Assisting pipelayers, concreters and pit builders.
• Spotting for excavators and other plant.
• Trenching, shovelling, and backfilling.
• Machine operation – Roller, HR, Loader, Watertruck etc.

• General labouring on civil construction sites
• Assisting pipelayers, concreters and pit builders
• Spotting for excavators and other plant
• Trenching, shovelling, and backfilling
• Machine Operation - Roller, HR, Loader, Watertruck etc!

What you’ll need:

• White Card (Construction) – essential
• Previous civil construction experience – highly regarded
• Driver’s licence & reliable transport - essential
• Civil/Drainage/Concrete experience - preferred but not essential
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures
