John Holland is recruiting graduates for a structured two-year program designed to launch your career in Civil Engineering across rail, building and infrastructure projects. Kicking off in February 2028, this program includes rotations across projects and regions to broaden experience and networks.

Our Graduate Program

We’re currently accepting applications for our 2028 Graduate Program.

Kicking off in February 2028, the first job placement will be carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.
