John Holland invites graduates to join a two-year structured Graduate Program starting in February 2028. The program offers rotations across Rail & Transport, Building & Development, Infrastructure, Corporate, and IT, with mentoring and opportunities to work on iconic Australian projects.

We’re currently accepting applications for our 2028 Graduate Program.

Kicking off in February 2028, the first job placement will be carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.
