John Holland invites graduates to join its 2028 Graduate Program in Australia. Kicking off in February 2028, the two-year development track places you in rotations across Rail & Transport, Building & Development, and Infrastructure, guided by mentors who are experts in their fields.

Our Graduate Program

We’re currently accepting applications for our 2028 Graduate Program.

Kicking off in February 2028, the first job placement will be carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.

We offer our grads a structured, two-year program that includes:
