John Holland's Graduate Program starts in February 2028 and runs for two years, with rotations across Rail & Transport, Building & Development and Infrastructure to shape your early career.

Our Graduate Program

We’re currently accepting applications for our 2028 Graduate Program.

Kicking off in February 2028, the first job placement will be carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.

We offer our grads a structured, two-year program that includes:
