Job summary

John Holland invites graduates to join our 2028 Graduate Program in Australia. You will embark on a structured two-year journey with rotations across Rail & Transport and IT, building both technical prowess and industry connections.

Kicking off in February 2028, the program selects entrants based on foundational skills and interests, ensuring a solid start to a meaningful career with excellent remuneration and mentoring in a diverse, inclusive environment.

We’re currently accepting applications for our 2028 Graduate Program.


Kicking off in February 2028, the first job placement will be carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.
