John Holland invites graduates to join our 2028 Graduate Program in Sydney, designed to transform lives through iconic projects and hands-on learning.

Starting February 2028, the two-year program offers rotations across Civil, Building & Development, and Infrastructure streams, mentoring from industry experts, and structured development to shape your early career in Australia. You will work on diverse projects and regional locations to make a meaningful impact in Australian communities.

Our Graduate Program

We’re currently accepting applications for our 2028 Graduate Program.

Kicking off in February 2028, the first job placement will be carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.
