Job summary

John Holland is recruiting graduates for its 2028 Graduate Program, kicking off in February 2028. The two-year program includes structured learning, rotations across Rail & Transport, Building & Development, and Infrastructure, with opportunities in regional locations to serve Australian communities.

Participants gain mentorship, a clear career pathway, and exposure to some of the country’s most exciting and iconic projects, supported by competitive remuneration and development opportunities.

Our Graduate Program

We’re currently accepting applications for our 2028 Graduate Program.

Kicking off in February 2028, the first job placement will be carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.

We offer our grads a structured, two-year program that includes:
