CIVELITE is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team in Geelong, VIC. This full-time role oversees daily site operations to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards, ensuring safety and strong client coordination on every project.

You will lead diverse site crews, monitor progress and budget, and conduct toolbox talks while maintaining thorough site records and compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, codes and standards.
• Experience with health and safety on construction sites.
• Able to lead and supervise diverse teams and communicate clearly.
• Ability to manage time and deliver projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities, including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Monitor progress and report on schedule and budget performance.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and site inspections for safety hazards.
• Coordinate communication between site teams, management and clients.
• Oversee quality control to meet contractual and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation.
• Induct and train site personnel on project requirements and procedures.
