Job summary

Winslow Constructors is seeking a Site or Project Engineer in Melbourne to lead the full lifecycle of civil infrastructure projects, including civil, structures and utilities. You will contribute across tender handovers, launches, site establishments and procurement while maintaining safety, time, cost and quality.

You will develop and manage the engineering team, coordinate with clients and authorities, monitor contractor performance and drive project programming and reporting to ensure on‑time

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or Project Management.
• Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
• Proactive relationship building with stakeholders and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of projects including tender handovers, launches, site establishments, risk management, construction staging and procurement.
• Manage safety, time, cost, and quality.
• Liaise with clients and develop the engineering team.
• Monitor performance of crews and subcontractors against estimates and report issues.
