Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating all site activities, including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies
• Monitoring project progress and reporting on schedule adherence and budget performance
• Conducting daily toolbox talks and site inspections to identify and address safety hazards
• Managing communication between site teams, management and clients to ensure clarity and coordination
• Overseeing quality control measures and ensuring work meets contractual and industry standards
• Maintaining accurate site records, documentation and daily reports
• Inducting and training site personnel on project-specific requirements and procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, methods, materials and relevant building codes and standards
• Demonstrated experience in health and safety management on construction sites
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise diverse teams
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with a focus on delivering projects on schedule
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans and specifications
• Sound understanding of project budgeting and cost control
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Reliability and a professional approach to all site and client interactions
• Current driver's license and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
