Job summary

Foundation Recruitment Aus Pty Ltd – Sydney NSW is seeking a Senior Construction Manager (Civil) to lead multiple large civil projects in the Northern Territory from Darwin. The role includes a relocation package and six months of accommodation for you and your family.

You will report to senior management and drive programs, commercial performance and safety across Tier 1/2 projects, with strong emphasis on government/defence work and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years' post-graduate experience with a Principal Contractor.
• Proven delivery of $10M+ projects.
• Experience managing hard-dollar projects over $10M.
• Strong project and financial management, forecasting, procurement and contract management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to drive programs and achieve project objectives.
• Proven leadership of large project teams with a strong safety focus.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Australian citizen and able to obtain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentoring and performance guidance to project teams.
• Lead resource planning and team integration.

Construction Manager (Civil) | Northern Territory

Relocation package + 6 months’ accommodation for you & your family.

Senior leadership role with a major principal contractor, overseeing multiple large-scale civil construction projects across the NT, with a strong focus on government, defence and infrastructure projects.

This role is based in Darwin, NT. No FIFO option.

The Role

Reporting directly to the senior management team you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple concurrent civil projects, including:
