PCR Talent is seeking a senior civil engineering professional to manage large urban and commercial developments in Darwin. You will control projects from concept to completion and act as the primary client contact, fostering relationships with major developers.

Summary:

This role offers the opportunity to control and shape your career by managing large-scale urban and commercial developments from conception to completion. With two major Greenfield developments recently secured, you will play a pivotal role in these projects. You will also be the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing existing relationships and leveraging your leadership and management skills to forge new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee large-scale urban and commercial developments, ensuring successful delivery from conception to completion.
  • Client Relationships: Act as the key point of contact for clients, maintaining and enhancing existing relationships with top property developers.
  • Leadership: Utilise your leadership and management skills to drive project success and business growth.
  • Business Development: Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones and goals are met.
