Job summary

BMD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Northern Territory team, delivering key civil construction projects across Darwin, Katherine and surrounding regions. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive successful delivery while leading high-performing teams, managing client relationships and ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes.

With a diverse portfolio and a robust pipeline ahead, this role offers ownership of complex projects and a clear path for long-term career

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 10+ years' experience within the civil construction industry.
  • Previous project management experience in civil infrastructure delivery.
  • Experience across earthworks, drainage, roads and community infrastructure projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven stakeholder and client relationship management experience.
  • A collaborative leadership style focused on team success.

Projects You'll Deliver

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the planning and delivery of civil construction projects
