BMD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Northern Territory team, delivering key civil construction projects across Darwin, Katherine and surrounding regions. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive successful delivery while leading high-performing teams, managing client relationships and ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years' experience within the civil construction industry.
- Previous project management experience in civil infrastructure delivery.
- Experience across earthworks, drainage, roads and community infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven stakeholder and client relationship management experience.
- A collaborative leadership style focused on team success.

- Develop construction methodologies, staging and programming strategies.
- Drive safety, environmental and quality performance across projects.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
- Lead and develop high-performing project teams.

- Ensure compliance with contractual, legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee subcontractor management and work package development.
- Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

You’ll bring:
