Job summary

Compnow in Sydney is seeking a Circular IT Sales Specialist to drive growth across Sustain IT services. You will collaborate with Account Directors, Business Development Managers and customers to identify opportunities and build trusted relationships that deliver both commercial and sustainability outcomes.

This role offers hybrid work and occasional travel to our Alexandria office. You will develop circular IT, asset recovery, buyback and lifecycle opportunities, present solutions, and guide

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, account management or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence presenting solutions and engaging with customers.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• An interest in sustainability, circular economy services or technology lifecycle management is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new circular IT, asset recovery, buyback and technology lifecycle opportunities.
• Partner with Compnow's sales teams to introduce Sustain IT solutions to new and existing customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and become the trusted advisor for Circular IT services.
• Prepare proposals, present solutions and guide customers through the commercial process.
• Grow existing accounts through service expansion and strategic engagement.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes.
