Compnow in Sydney is seeking a Circular IT Sales Specialist to drive growth for Sustain IT services. You will work closely with Account Directors, Business Development Managers and customers to identify opportunities, build trusted relationships and deliver both commercial and sustainability outcomes.

This role suits a sales professional who enjoys creating opportunities and guiding customers through solutions that support the circular economy.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, account management or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence presenting solutions and engaging with customers.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Interest in sustainability, circular economy services or technology lifecycle management is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new circular IT, asset recovery, buyback and technology lifecycle opportunities.
• Partner with Compnow's sales teams to introduce Sustain IT solutions to new and existing customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and become the trusted advisor for Circular IT services.
• Prepare proposals, present solutions and guide customers through the commercial process.
• Grow existing accounts through service expansion and strategic engagement.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes.
