Green Collect invites a Sustainability and ESG Sales Lead to join our Melbourne team. You will drive revenue growth with corporate and government clients, advising on ESG procurement and reporting while guiding proposals, quotes, and key account management.

You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery, and support our mission of zero waste, inclusive employment, and responsible procurement aligned with circular economy principles.

Formación

• Experience implementing ESG strategies, social procurement or circular economy practices.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, account management or business development with ethical customer service.
• Minimum 2 years of tertiary study or qualification in Environmental/Sustainability Management, Environmental Science, Business, or related discipline.
• High level of digital literacy, including Google Workspace and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Shopify highly regarded).

Responsabilidades

• Drive Corporate & Government Business Development with ESG alignment.
• Manage the Client Journey from queries to relationships and CRM hygiene.
• Prepare Proposals & Quotes for resource recovery services and assist with contracts.
• Provide ESG & Circular Economy expertise to support reporting and targets.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Logistics, Processing and Retail teams.
• Site visits and project coordination from initiation to completion.
