Vocus Navy is seeking a Segment GTM Analyst to transform customer, revenue, margin and behavioural data into actionable insights. The role focuses on churn forecasting and performance management across B2B segments, with collaboration across GTM leads and cross-functional teams.

Occasional travel may be required, and the role follows a hybrid pattern. You will build forecasts, assess churn drivers, measure retention initiatives and translate outputs into recommendations for GTM, Sales, Product

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial analysis/business performance.
• Experience in telco, ICT or SIO based industries.
• Proven experience in supporting GTM or sales teams with commercial signs.
• Exposure to churn, pricing, customer lifecycle analytics advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain segment-level forecasts, risk models and scenario analyses focusing on churn, retention and commercial performance drivers.
• Analyse customer cohorts, behavioural trends and commercial performance across segments, products, lifecycle stages and contract profiles.
• Measure the impact of retention initiatives and actions, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for GTM, Sales, Product and Marketing teams.
• Leverage AI, EDW and advanced analytical techniques to enhance forecasting accuracy and identify churn/growth signals.
• Translate model outputs and AI insights into clear commercial recommendations with cross-functional partnership.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual business performance reviews through forecasting, reporting and executive-ready insights.
• Support high-impact strategic initiatives across the business including pricing analysis and AI-enabled opportunities.
