Job summary

Kaisercraft are inviting Expressions of Interest for a casual Retail Sales Assistant at our potential new store in St Ives. The role is casual and the site will operate as a temporary store, with flexibility across 7 days including late nights and weekends.

You will help with opening/closing, stock replenishment, and delivering high-quality customer service while upholding Kaisercraft values. Based in Geelong, Kaisercraft is a family-owned business with significant growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing of the store.

Kaisercraft are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from Retail Assistants for our potential new store in St Ives

Please note this role will be offered on a casual basis, and the store will operate as a temporary site.

Based in Geelong, we’re a family-owned business with over 100 retail stores and counting, located throughout Australia. The Opportunity

As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include;

Opening and closing of the store

Assisting with day-to-day store operations

Demonstratingstrong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice

Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves

Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives

Maintaining the store’s appearance and organization to a high standard

About You:

Experience in a customer facing role

The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs

A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products

Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills

Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative

Flexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends

Be happy to work on average 2-3 shifts a week which will vary from 3-5 hours long. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours from time to time.

Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
