Job summary

Michael Hill is a premium jewellery brand with a network of stores across Australia. We are hiring Christmas Casuals to support the sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences during our busiest season.

Shifts run from October through February, with an hourly rate of $35.08 (adult) including casual loading and penalty rates for evenings, weekends and public holidays. Opportunities exist to convert to ongoing roles where available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in retail.
• Able to support Click & Collect orders.
• Strong presentation and visual merchandising skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

About you

What we're looking for in our Christmas Casual team members:

• Bring a friendly, professional and approachable style when connecting with customers
• Have experience supporting Click & Collect orders and assisting with customer enquiries
• Enjoy creating attractive store displays and maintaining high presentation standards
• Be enthusiastic, well-presented, and passionate about delivering great service
• Have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

About this opportunity

Play an important role in the success of our Christmas trading season by delivering personalised customer service in a fast-paced team environment. As a brand ambassador, you'll represent the values and image of our premium jewellery brand while helping create memorable shopping experiences.

You'll also support the store presentation by maintaining jewellery displays, assisting with stockroom organisation, and working collaboratively with your team on day-to-day store operations.
