Job summary

Michael Hill Jeweller is seeking Christmas Casuals to support our sales team across the holiday period. You'll deliver exceptional customer experiences, assist with enquiries, and help maintain attractive store displays.

Shifts run October through February with flexible hours and penalty rates for evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Competitive hourly rate plus exclusive team member discounts after one month, with potential to convert to ongoing role.

Qualifications

• Bring a friendly, professional and approachable style when connecting with customers.
• Experience supporting Click & Collect orders and assisting with customer enquiries.
• Enjoy creating attractive store displays and maintaining high presentation standards.
• Be enthusiastic, well-presented, and passionate about delivering great service.

Join us this holiday season as a Christmas Casual and become a proud brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting our sales team during our busiest and most exciting time of year.

• Shifts available from October through to February
• Competitive hourly rate + exclusive team member discounts after your first month
