Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and families and help them feel comfortable and cared for.
• Manage appointments, bookings, rescheduling, cancellations and waiting lists.
• Respond to phone calls, emails and messages professionally.
• Follow up new client enquiries, missed appointments and outstanding administrative tasks.
• Process payments, issue receipts and maintain accurate client records.
• Guide new clients through paperwork and procedures.
• Assist with posture photos and nervous system scan collection under direction.
• Keep reception and treatment areas clean and organised.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and monitor supplies.
• Use practice software and automated systems confidently and respond to tasks personally.
