Job summary

Aligned Chiro in Bathurst NSW is seeking a Chiropractic Care Assistant to support front desk operations, manage patient flow and admin tasks within a high-tech clinic. You will assist the Chiropractor, engage patients, and participate in an ascension pathway designed to grow responsibilities over 12-18 months.

Entry to mid level role with full training, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday hours, and complimentary chiropractic care as part of a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, caring individuals with a genuine passion for health.
• Strong multitaskers who can work autonomously without micromanagement.
• Training provided for role-specific tasks and skills.
• Background in fitness or basic anatomy is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk - greet and engage with patients.
• Manage patient flow and the clinic's automation systems, including care programs and payments.
• Perform admin tasks: accounts, stock management, and scheduling.
• Assist the Chiropractor with nerve scans, patient education, spinal orthotics fitting, and exercise consults.
• Book new patients, answer phone inquiries, and deliver exceptional care at every touchpoint.
