Job summary

Wellbeing Chiropractic is seeking a motivated Chiropractic Assistant to be the first point of contact for patients and support day-to-day clinic operations. The role offers a permanent part-time roster with on-the-job training, mentoring, and development opportunities within a growing network of clinics.

You'll assist chiropractors, manage appointments and payments, and contribute to a welcoming patient experience while upholding privacy and accuracy in records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or healthcare is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Professional telephone manner and excellent organisational skills are required.
• Ability to learn new systems and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional service in person and by phone.
• Manage appointments, payments, health fund claims and general administration.
• Process HICAPS Trinity transactions accurately.
• Respond to emails, messages and calls promptly and professionally.
• Support clinic operations and maintain patient records securely.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure smooth appointment runs.
