Innate Chiropractic Gladstone – Gladstone QLD

As a Chiropractic Assistant you are the right hand of the Chiropractor. He/she relies on your patient management skills to ensure smooth patient flow in and out of the clinic. Your major tasks include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the clinic ambiance
• Facilitating effective communication with patients and chiropractors
• Stimulate growth of the practice
• Contributing to the development of the team
• You must be available to work outside of school hours and occasionally on Saturday morning
• Empathise and support mothers and children in our predominately pregnancy and pediatric office

If you are the right person for this position you will find it easy to:

• Interact and communicate effectively in a team environment and build and maintain professional relationships with patients
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy environment performing tasks with minimal supervision
• Show attention to detail and be well presented
• Display a high level of energy, motivation and kindness
• Learn and follow procedures and protocols
• Demonstrate computer skills in the use of MS office products and Microsoft Outlook
• Display an understanding of Chiropractic care
