Oversee daily front desk operations and coordinate patient flow
Deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first enquiry through to ongoing care
Build genuine rapport and strong relationships with patients
Confidently handle phone, email and in-person enquiries
Clearly communicate practitioner-recommended care plans, service options and financial arrangements
Follow up patient enquiries, missed appointments and outstanding bookings
Support patient retention, rebooking and appointment conversion
Work towards and contribute to clinic KPIs, performance targets and growth objectives
Monitor clinic performance and provide operational feedback
Prepare and maintain daily and weekly statistics and reports
Coordinate referrals, third-party payments and X-ray processing
Maintain and improve clinic systems, processes and workflows
Liaise with suppliers, IT providers and allied health professionals
Assist with in-clinic marketing campaigns, community engagement and external promotional events
Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and clinic performance
Support and motivate the wider team and lead by example
You are a natural communicator and people person who brings energy into the workplace.
You are confident approaching people, starting conversations and building relationships. You aren't uncomfortable discussing money, services or recommended care, and you understand that excellent healthcare administration involves both exceptional patient service and strong business performance.
You are proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do. You notice what needs attention, take ownership and follow through.
Most importantly, you are comfortable in a role where communication, leadership, accountability, sales and KPIs matter.
Minimum 1 year of reception or customer-facing experience (healthcare experience preferred)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate with people from all walks of life
A naturally outgoing, engaging and enthusiastic personality
Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to lead by example
Previous sales, customer conversion, business development or KPI-driven experience
Confidence discussing services, recommendations, pricing and financial arrangements
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Confidence using technology and learning new systems
Experience in sales, healthcare, allied health, medical reception, customer conversion or other KPI-driven environments will be highly regarded.

Tuesday: 1:00pm – 7:30pm
Wednesday: 1:00pm – 7:30pm
Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm
Flexibility to work across our Doncaster and Croydon clinics is required.
