Qualifications

• 8–10+ years' experience in risk management, including senior leadership.
• Experience in financial services, fintech or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, governance and regulatory obligations.
• Proven ability to balance commercial priorities with risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise risk strategy, aligning risk appetite with commercial objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight across enterprise risk, financial risk, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions and support sustainable growth.
• Identify opportunities to simplify risk processes, improve controls and drive operational efficiencies.
• Leverage data, analytics and automation to enhance risk management and decision-making.
• Oversee risk reporting, providing clear insights and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board.
• Drive continuous improvement and embed a commercially focused risk culture.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing risk team.
