Reporting to executive leadership, you will shape risk strategy, strengthen controls, and embed data-driven, technology-enabled risk management across the function, influencing stakeholders and leading a high-performing team.

Competenze

• 8–10+ years in risk management with senior leadership.
• Experience in financial services, fintech or regulated environments.
• Strong enterprise risk management, governance and regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to balance commercial priorities with risk control.
• Proven transformation, process improvement and operational efficiency experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership.
