Job summary

TalentWeb Consulting is seeking an experienced Head of Risk to lead our enterprise risk strategy in a dynamic financial services environment. This senior leadership role requires balancing governance with commercial objectives and driving business transformation across the risk function.

You will partner with executive leadership to shape risk strategy, strengthen controls, and drive innovation, leveraging data and automation to support decision making.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years' experience in risk management, including senior leadership responsibilities.
• Experience within financial services, fintech, or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, governance, regulatory obligations and financial risk.
• Ability to balance commercial priorities with risk management.
• Experience driving transformation and operational efficiencies.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven approaches.
