Qualifications

• Senior risk leadership with enterprise risk management experience.
• Experience in regulated environments (financial services, fintech, banking or payments).
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, financial/risk management and controls.
• Proven ability to influence executives and stakeholders.
• Commercially aware with balance of risk governance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERM framework implementation and ongoing enhancement.
• Partner with executives to provide strategic risk advice.
• Oversight of financial and operational risk with governance and controls.
• Drive business controls and improve risk management maturity.
• Provide independent risk oversight across functions.
• Translate complex risk matters into actionable insights.
• Foster proactive risk culture and accountability.
• Lead risk reporting, assessments and oversight to executives.
