Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Head of Risk to lead enterprise risk strategy within a dynamic financial services environment.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a forward-thinking risk professional who can balance strong governance with commercial objectives, challenge traditional approaches, and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Working closely with executive leadership, you will play a key role in shaping risk strategy, strengthening business controls and driving innovation across the risk function.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience driving transformation, process improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Strong analytical capabilities with an interest in data-driven and technology-enabled risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior leadership.
• A proactive, solutions-focused leadership style with strong commercial judgement.
