Laundy Hotel Group is seeking talented Chefs to join our team across multiple busy venues on the Central Coast. Roles span Head Chef, Sous Chef, and qualified Chef positions, offering dynamic kitchens and growth within NSW’s leading hospitality group.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with venue standards and recipes.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain a clean, organised and compliant kitchen environment.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Assist with stock control and minimising wastage.
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams to deliver exceptional service during busy periods.
• Contribute to menu development and daily specials where required.
• Support and mentor junior kitchen staff when appropriate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with venue standards and recipes.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
• Relevant trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery (preferred but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and strong team player mentality.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends
