Bistro Red Lion by Manu inside the iconic Red Lion Hotel in Sydney seeks an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to help shape one of Sydney’s award-winning dining destinations. This rare opportunity focuses on delivering standout hospitality under the guidance of Manu Feildel.

You will lead front-of-house with confidence, manage daily floor operations and reservations, and work closely with Manu and the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless, memorable guest experiences and high service

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar in a premium dining venue.
• A natural host with charisma, attention to detail and a love for great food.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A hands-on attitude and genuine commitment to hospitality.
• Current RSA Certification.
• Cocktail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
