Job summary

Maestro Hospitality's Vineria Luisa in Enmore, Sydney, is recruiting a Full-time Permanent Associate for our busy kitchen. You’ll work with a talented team to deliver an Italian menu with care, attention to quality, and hospitality at the core.

You’ll join a renowned group offering career progression, ongoing training, and a supportive brigade culture. Salary ranges between AU$79,000 and AU$85,000 plus superannuation, with family-friendly rostering and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Formal culinary qualifications (Hospitality Certificate/ Diploma or equivalent) and/or 1–3 years of full time industry experience.
• Strong experience in quality restaurant kitchens.
• Genuine passion for Italian cuisine, produce and technique.

Responsibilities

• Work with Head Chef and kitchen leadership to deliver a seasonal menu with consistency and pride.
• Mentor junior chefs and contribute to kitchen operations and culture.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety during busy services.
