Job summary

THE TRUSTEE FOR THE GRAMPIANS TRUST – Sydney NSW is seeking chefs for diverse roles across resorts, hotels and dining venues. The positions involve fine dining and upmarket resort cooking, with 4+ week ongoing contracts and opportunities for extended work.

You will join a team of 10+ people, support with menu planning, ensure consistent quality, and have access to meals on shift, single accommodation and transport. All applicants must have full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to produce consistent quality across lunch and dinner services.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lunch and dinner in fine dining or upmarket resort settings.

• Working in a team of approx. 10+ people.
