Job summary

Atlas is seeking skilled chefs for a mix of Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie and Solo Chef roles at resort and hotel settings across Australia. You will work in a team of about 10+ people, delivering fine dining and a la carte meals for lunch and dinner. Contracts start asap, with 4–8 weeks and potential ongoing opportunities.

Applicants must have full Australian working rights. Meals, accommodation, and transport are provided for the duration of the contract, with paid hours and competitive

Qualifications

• Trade qualified chef with 3–5 years experience.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality à la carte dining.
• Keen eye for detail and consistent quality.

Responsibilities

Do you measure up?

• Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:
• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
• Can produce consistent quality
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
• Own traditional uniform and knives
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking
• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
