Job summary

Atlas Adventure is seeking skilled chefs for resort roles in Australia. You will join a team of 10+ and work on fine dining and a la carte menus, with split shifts and 4+ week contracts. Ongoing opportunities may arise based on performance.

We are looking for trade-qualified chefs with 3-5 years' experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to deliver high-quality meals across lunch and dinner services.

• Working in a team of approx. 10+ people.

Do you measure up?

Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:

• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
• Can produce consistent quality
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
• Own traditional uniform and knives
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking
• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions

• Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.
