THE TRUSTEE FOR THE GRAMPIANS TRUST in Wollongong NSW invites a creative Chef to join a busy venue offering bistro style and full menu dining. You’ll run the kitchen when the Head Chef is away and work closely with the team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes. We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in detail.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills.
• Can produce consistent quality in a busy kitchen.
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude and own traditional uniform and knives.
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining and keen eye for detail.
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen on the Head Chef’s days off.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to maintain high quality.
• Create a creative cooking environment and contribute to menu creation.
