Job summary

Atlas Adventure is looking for Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties and Solo chefs to join our resort teams across Australia. If you are trade-qualified with 3-5 years’ experience and a passion for high-end dining, this is your chance to work on a 4–8 week contract with potential ongoing roles.

All applicants must have full and unrestricted working rights in Australia or New Zealand. You’ll work in a team of 10+ in fine dining and a la carte settings, with transport, accommodation and meals

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified chef with 3–5 years' experience.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication.
• Experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lunch and dinner in fine dining or upmarket resort settings.
• Work in a team of 10+ people.
• Deliver a la carte meals and bulk cooking; maintain high standards.
• Adhere to food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Do you measure up?

Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:

• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
• Can produce consistent quality
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
• Own traditional uniform and knives
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking
• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
