Job summary

Atlas Adventures is seeking experienced chefs for resort kitchens across Australia, offering 4–8 week contracts with potential ongoing work after completion. All roles require full working rights in Australia or New Zealand and a strong team ethic.

You will work in fine dining or upmarket settings, split shifts, and be paid for every hour you work, with transport to the venue and single accommodation provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified Chef with 3-5 years experience.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Produce consistent quality.
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
• Own traditional uniform and knives.
