Job summary

Atlas Adventure in Australia is seeking Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties and Solo Chefs for 4–8 week contracts across resorts, hotels and pubs. You’ll join a 10+ person team, handle fine dining and à la carte menus, with lunch/dinner service and potential ongoing work after completion.

To qualify, you should be trade-qualified with 3–5 years’ experience, have a strong work ethic, superb communication, keen eye for detail, and a passion for menu development.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified chef with 3–5 years’ experience.
• Experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of 10+ across resorts, hotels and pubs.
• Prepare fine dining and à la carte meals with split shifts.
• Support menu planning and maintain high standards.

• Solo, Senior Chef and Chef de Partie roles.

Do you measure up?

Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:

• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills.
• Can produce consistent quality.
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
• Own traditional uniform and knives.
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking.
• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail.
