Atlas is seeking trade-qualified Chefs for 4+ week contracts across Australia venues. You will work in teams of 10+ in fine dining or upmarket resort settings, with shifts including lunch and dinner. Roles begin as soon as possible and may lead to ongoing work with our leading clients.

Applicants must have 3–5 years of experience, strong work ethic, and a passion to motivate a team, with own uniform and knives; transport, meals, and accommodation are provided.

What are the Jobs Resorts.

• Working in a team of approx. 10+ people.
• Fine Dining/ Upmarket Resort

• Starting as soon as possible for a 4-8 week contract.

• Solo, Senior Chef and Chef de Partie roles

Do you measure up?

Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:

• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
• Can produce consistent quality
• Have a positive and 'can do' attitude
• Own traditional uniform and knives
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking
• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
• Enjoy the benefits of expanding your experience and knowledge.
• Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.
