Job summary

Atlas is seeking qualified chefs for resort and hotel kitchens across Australia. Roles include Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie and Senior Chef de Partie with 4–8 week contracts and potential ongoing work after completion.

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia or New Zealand and bring a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Accommodation and meals provided; you are paid for every hour worked.

• Can produce consistent quality across shifts.
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
• Own traditional uniform and knives.
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking.

• A la Carte style food.

Do you measure up?

Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:
