Job summary

Atlas is seeking skilled chefs for Resorts, Hotels, and Pubs to work on 4–8 week contracts. Roles include solo, senior, and Chef de Partie with a focus on a la carte dining. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience, strong work ethic and excellent communication, plus own uniform and knives.

Paid hourly with meals on shift and accommodation provided where applicable. Starting asap for immediate work in Australia, with ongoing opportunities for successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Chef with 3–5 years experience.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in quality la carte dining or bulk cooking.
• Own traditional uniform and knives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute a la carte dishes to a high standard.
• Assist with menu planning and suggestions.
• Maintain hygiene and kitchen organization.
• Lead and motivate a kitchen team during service.

Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:
