White Rose Brasserie on the NSW South Coast is seeking enthusiastic Chefs & Cooks for the busy summer season. Join a friendly team, learn across kitchen sections, and gain full training while working in a coastal holiday destination.

Ideal for those with a positive attitude who want to develop skills in a fast-paced environment. Weekday, evening, weekend, and public holiday availability throughout the summer are appreciated.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work across different kitchen sections.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays throughout the summer holiday period.
• Previous commercial kitchen experience is an advantage, but not essential; training provided.

• As part of our kitchen team, you'll assist with all aspects of food preparation and service.
• Preparing and cooking meals across all sections of the kitchen.
• Pizza preparation and cooking.
• Fryer section responsibilities.
• Grill and pass duties.
• Food preparation and plating.
• Maintaining high food quality and presentation.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Keeping your workstation clean and organised.
• Working efficiently as part of a busy, supportive kitchen team.

Join our friendly kitchen team for the busy summer holiday season at White Rose Brasserie, located at Lake Conjola Bowling Club in the beautiful coastal town of Lake Conjola on the NSW South Coast.

We're looking for enthusiastic Chefs & Cooks to join our team for the summer. We welcome applications from experienced chefs, cooks looking to further their skills, and motivated people wanting to begin a career in the hospitality industry. Full training can be provided for the right applicants.

About the Role

As part of our kitchen team, you'll assist with all aspects of food preparation and service, which may include:

Preparing and cooking meals across all sections of the kitchen

Pizza preparation and cooking

Fryer section

Grill and pass

Food preparation and plating

Maintaining high food quality and presentation

Following food safety and hygiene standards

Keeping your workstation clean and organised

Working efficiently as part of a busy, supportive kitchen team

What We're Looking For
