Job description

Set on the banks of the Tweed and Rous Rivers, Tumbulgum Tavern, affectionately known by locals as ‘The Tumby’, is a true icon of the Tweed. As the oldest licensed pub in the region, The Tumby has been pouring pints, serving hearty meals and bringing the community together for well over a century.

We are undergoing a complete state-of-the-art kitchen renovation. We are elevating our pub menu to focus on live-fire charcoal cooking, paired with stunning riverside views. This is your chance to join the Kitchen team as a Chef or Cook and become a part of the kitchen culture you are proud of.
