Job summary

Compass Group Australia – Eurest division is seeking a Chef (Full-Time) in Melbourne to deliver high-quality meals in a dynamic workplace. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 2:30pm, with penalty rates and 12% superannuation; parking on site and a supportive team emphasising safety, quality, and excellence.

You will prepare and present meals, adhere to OH&S and HACCP standards, and contribute to a culture of continuous development and internal career progression across Compass Group.

Qualifications

• Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Experience in buffet-style and à la carte service and strong time management.
• Knowledge of HACCP and safe food handling practices.

THE PERSON

• Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
