Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie ready for progression.
• Strong cooking skills in a luxury/hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a designated kitchen section and maintain high presentation standards.
• Organise and manage daily prep and service within your area.
• Coach and develop Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance.
• Maintain quality, consistency and portion control throughout service.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and rotation.
• Work with Sous and Executive Chefs to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute ideas to menus and ways of working.
• Support delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food.
