Job summary

Saint Haven, Australia’s premier luxury Private Club, seeks a Chef de Partie to join our Wholefoods Restaurant team. You'll work with Head and Sous Chefs across breakfast and lunch, shaping menus and delivering six-star member dining experiences.

You will take ownership of your kitchen section, uphold exceptional food quality and safety, and collaborate with a dynamic team to craft seasonal, premium dishes using organic ingredients.
